Terms of Service

Clear terms for your VoiceIt purchase, software license and use of this website.

Last updated September 23, 2026.

1. Using VoiceIt

These terms apply to VoiceItPrompter.com and VoiceIt Prompter software. By purchasing or using the software, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Checkout is not yet open on this website, and installers will be listed only after release validation.

2. Software license and supported platforms

A valid purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive license to use the purchased edition for personal or commercial creative work, subject to its active-device limit. The software is licensed, not sold. You retain rights to your own scripts and recordings.

Initial launch platforms are Windows, macOS and Android. iOS is not included in the initial launch. Features differ: desktop Voice Follow accompanies a separate recording workflow; Android includes an integrated camera recorder with local Voice Follow. Check published system requirements before purchase.

3. Plans and pricing

VoiceIt Prompter — Solo Creator Combo: $49 USD, up to 2 active devices. VoiceIt Prompter — Universal Creator Suite: $99 USD, up to 4 active devices. Both are one-time purchases for the purchased edition. Any combination of supported platforms may share the license within its device limit. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.

Continued use of the purchased edition does not guarantee perpetual compatibility with future operating systems or hardware. Separately sold future products, services or add-ons are not automatically included.

4. Activation, offline use and replacement devices

Activation requires internet access and the customer-facing key issued by Payhip. VoiceIt’s licensing service verifies entitlement and enforces the active-device allowance. Keep the key private; do not publish or share it with unrelated users.

Licenses revalidate every 14 days. A genuine network or service outage allows up to 3 additional days of grace. An explicit entitlement denial, including a disabled or refunded license, does not receive outage grace. Installed speech models allow local Voice Follow independently of this license-validation schedule.

Deactivate an installation before replacing it where possible. Reinstallation may require activation again. If a device is lost, broken or unavailable, contact support for reasonable reset assistance. Requests may require purchase verification and are reviewed to prevent abuse.

5. Purchases and refunds

Purchases are processed through Payhip when checkout opens. Request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting support@voiceitprompter.com with your purchase email or order reference. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Refunded or revoked licenses lose entitlement and can no longer be activated or renewed. Do not send payment credentials or a full license key in a support message.

6. Acceptable use

Do not redistribute the application or license credentials without permission, bypass device limits, interfere with the licensing service, or use VoiceIt unlawfully. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent allowed by law. You are responsible for obtaining rights and permissions for content you use or record.

Material misuse, fraudulent purchase or unauthorized license distribution may result in suspension or revocation. Contact support if you believe an action was taken in error.

7. Updates and support

Maintenance updates may be made available for the purchased edition. Release availability, compatibility and supported systems are listed with each release; no specific future feature or release date is promised. Support is available by email at support@voiceitprompter.com without a guaranteed response-time commitment.

8. Reliability and liability

Speech recognition, camera quality and recording behavior depend on your device, permissions, environment and other software. Test your setup and keep backups before important work. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the software. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory warranties, liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or your statutory consumer rights.

9. Applicable law, changes and contact

Applicable law determines your rights and available remedies. These terms do not require you to waive mandatory protections in your place of residence. Contact support first so we can try to resolve a problem.

Changes to these terms will be published with an updated date and communicated where required. Questions about these terms or a purchase: support@voiceitprompter.com.
