Activation, billing or a replacement device?
Contact support with your purchase email or order reference and the error message. Do not send your full license key. For a lost key, check your Payhip purchase email and spam folder, then contact us. Request refunds within 7 days of purchase; mandatory consumer rights still apply.
Voice Follow or recording trouble?
- Confirm microphone access and a working audio input.
- Choose the language that matches your script and install its speech model.
- Read a short passage in a quiet space. Resume tracking if paused.
- Click or tap your place in the script, or restart from the beginning.
- For video, make a short test and play it back. On Android, wait for the saved confirmation.
