Privacy Policy
VoiceIt is designed around private, local processing. This policy explains how scripts, microphone input, camera permissions, licensing and purchase services are handled.

1. About this policy
This policy explains how VoiceIt Prompter handles information when you visit VoiceItPrompter.com, purchase software, activate a license or contact support. Contact support@voiceitprompter.com with privacy questions.
2. Website visits
Our hosting and security systems may process IP addresses, request times, requested URLs, browser information and error records to deliver the website, diagnose failures and prevent abuse. We use Google Analytics 4 on normal website page loads for aggregate website usage and conversion-intent measurement. Purchase-button clicks indicate checkout interest, not completed purchases. It uses cookies and processes technical information such as device/browser information, IP address and usage events. Our configured events measure page visits, purchase-button clicks and successful support submissions, not support message contents, names, email addresses, order references or license keys. We measure referring website origins and non-personal campaign labels (source, medium and campaign) to understand aggregate acquisition. Referrer paths, arbitrary URL parameters and advertising click identifiers are not included in our configured event fields. Advertising personalization is disabled. Links to other services are governed by those services’ privacy practices.
3. Local scripts, microphone and recordings
Core Voice Follow processes microphone audio locally using an installed speech model. Scripts and recordings are not collected by the licensing service. Microphone/audio remains on your device unless you deliberately use an external recording, sharing, sync or other service. Operating-system backups and services you choose have their own privacy settings.
Android uses camera and microphone permissions for its integrated recorder and stores the resulting media on the device. Windows and macOS provide prompting alongside a separate recording application. VoiceIt does not claim ownership of your content.
4. Purchases through Payhip
When checkout is available, purchases are handled by Payhip and its payment providers. They process the information needed for payment and fulfilment under their own policies. We use order references, product, purchase/refund status and relevant purchase contact details to administer sales and support. The VoiceIt licensing service does not need your full payment-card details.
5. Licensing and activation
The licensing service verifies your Payhip-issued license key and uses installation identifiers, platform information, activation/deactivation timestamps and entitlement status to enforce your plan’s active-device allowance. It also maintains request, security and audit records to prevent abuse and resolve errors. These identifiers describe an installation; they are not a request for your scripts or recordings.
License references are protected, and the key needed for future entitlement verification is retained in encrypted form. Validation communicates with Payhip. This network activity is separate from local speech processing.
6. Support communications
If you contact support using the form or email, we receive your email address, message and any details or attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer your request and investigate recurring problems. Please send an order reference rather than a full license key, and do not send passwords, confidential scripts or unnecessary personal information.
7. Service providers and operational backups
Hosting, payment, email and security providers process information needed to provide their services. Information may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect users and the service. Provider processing may take place in countries other than your own.
Google OAuth and Google Drive are used for owner-authorized internal backup operations, not customer-facing file storage. Customers do not need to connect a Google account. Operational database backups may contain licensing and support-related operational records; backups are encrypted before upload to the owner-controlled Drive storage. They do not contain customer scripts or recordings collected by the licensing service.
8. Retention and security
We retain transaction, entitlement and support records for as long as needed to provide licenses, address disputes, prevent fraud and meet applicable legal obligations. Security logs and backups are retained for operational recovery and investigation rather than as an archive of your creative work. Records no longer needed are deleted or de-identified; backup copies may remain until the retention cycle expires.
Access restrictions, encrypted connections and encrypted backups help protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security. You should keep your license key private and maintain your own backups of important creative work.
9. Your choices and requests
You can control app permissions through your device settings and choose what to include in support messages. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, or object to certain processing. Email support@voiceitprompter.com; we may need to verify your identity. Some records must remain for legal obligations or continued license administration.
10. Changes and contact
We will update this policy when our practices change and show the updated date. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate. Privacy requests: support@voiceitprompter.com.
